Joseph worked with Hackworth in Chesapeake, VA, from 2002—2008. He founded and pastored a church in Virginia Beach, VA, from 2007—2018. Joseph’s background / experience includes years of planning and conducting workshops, public speaking, training, teaching, and curriculum development.

Joseph has a led a business incubator helping new and existing business-owners benefit from the collective wisdom, experience, and networks of business leaders in Hampton Roads, VA, and beyond. He has provided organizational consulting and executive coaching to business owners and pastors regarding leadership training, marketing, personal development, etc. Joseph sat on the leadership board of the Hampton Roads Christian Business Coalition. He currently serves on the Boards of The Open Door Chapel, The Hampton Roads Leadership Prayer Breakfast—a forty-seven-year-old non-profit that brings together hundreds of leaders each year across the seven cities of Hampton Roads to build relationships and pray for our country—and he is co-founder and president of The SERVE Initiative, a 501(C)3 that networks and trains leaders to create human flourishing in their city and nation. Joseph joined Hackworth’s Equipment Team in 2022.

Patrick grew up in greater Baltimore attending The University of Maryland and Towson University. His outside passions include cooking for family and time in the great outdoors especially with his teenage son Jackson. 

Patrick served in the international maritime industry for over twenty-five years in the specific field of navigational resources needed by the world’s commercial vessels. During his career nautical charts and publications grew from curated lithographic prints, large technical texts to wide format printed products that no longer required highly maintained cost laden inventories. Patrick has had firsthand experience learning how wide format printing can empower and even revolutionize a business when it is an onsite asset.  


Doug Adams – 703.328.3328
Northern Virginia, Western Virginia, Washington D.C., & Maryland

Doug graduated from McDonogh School in Baltimore, MD and went on to Towson State University. He started his wide format career in 1970 with Bruning/Océ, selling blueprint machines and drafting supplies in the Washington metro area. He joined Xerox in 1978 where he worked in the wide format equipment business for over 30 years. His last position was Dealer Channel Manager covering eight states in the Mid-Atlantic region. Doug joined Hackworth in 2014 covering the DC/MD/VA markets, working jointly with Ralph Austin on the Hackworth “A” Team. Doug lives in Winchester, VA with his wife Candace. They have a married daughter Melissa and two grandchildren, Cullen and Hannah. Doug and Candace enjoy boating (former Commodore of Chesapeake Yacht Club) and spending time in Duck, NC. They enjoy being active grandparents and visiting various beaches for relaxation.
