Hi! It could be a few different things:

1. check print settings if printing direct from PUB.
2. check export/save settings if saving to pdf.
3. check print settings if printing from Acrobat.
4. check printer is calibrated, full of ink, working parts, etc.

Generally, we recommend resetting everything to default. If it’s offset (a true plate separation) then it’s the file, not the printer.]]></description>
